My Masters degree Project, commission for a local Wolverhampton Church.
This sculpture is my most recent and is still undergoing the carving stage designed for a site at Warwick University Maths Building. It has roots in Mathematical Geometry within its structure which in turn is heavily influenced by Medieval Cathedral Architecture.
The carving relates to a stylised representation of intertwining branches, trees and other natural forms. These things give rise to a 6ft tall 3 ton sculpture with the sense of the monumental.
My first major brick sculpture was the Arch during my Under-Graduate degree a project that stands at 12 foot tall and around 180 bricks
